1. Description of Services. Michelle Rabell (MR) shall provide Client with the following coaching services (“Services”):

(a) One Group Live Intensive on Zoom

(b) One 30-40 minute private session with Michelle.

(d) Program recordings.

(e) Community forum

2. Termination. There are no termination options or refunds available for this session.

3. Schedule and Fees. Payment must be made in full.

4. Disclaimer. Client acknowledges that MR's Services do not constitute counseling services and are not a substitute for professional counseling or financial advice and are not a guarantee of financial success. Client understands and acknowledges that the coaching process is dependent upon Client’s own ability to implement his/her choices and those choices are exclusively Client’s responsibility. It is expressly understood by Client that this Agreement does not establish an employee/employer or independent contractor or any other form of agency/agent relationship between the parties.

5. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

6. Confidentiality. MR and team will maintain confidentiality regarding information you choose to share. Your shared information and passwords, documents, and strategies will not be shared with any external parties who are not a part of the team.
